I know that BPS Software has closed, but I am wondering if someone monitoring this site can tell me how I can reinstall WR to a new computer. My daughter's computer died, and I want to reinstall WR into her new computer. Do I need a new registration #? My Serial # is 1487155927. Please help

LAR,
I'm requesting your replacement number now. I also don't know what is needed to verify your purchase of WR so I might ask for more information later.

Just received a reply today.
In order to verify your purchase I would need either your full name -OR- your preferred email address.

email address <email removed> in case you need it, my registration # when I paid was 554718017. If possible, please delete this reply with my email address when you are done, or tell me how I can. Thanks.

I've resubmitted the request with that information and hopefully we'll get your replacement number soon. I've also taken your email addresses out of each post.

No worries, the number is tied to your specific machine, no one else can use it.

Your right, when I requested the replacement number he must have misunderstood the request.
Is the serial number from the new machine: 1487155927?
If not, I need that number to request the correct registration number for you.

I have not installed it into the the machine yet, because I wanted to know what numbers I have to use. The serial # and registration # are from the computer that died. Do I have to install it first in order to obtain a serial # and then get a new registration #. Please let me know. I am leaving for vacation tomorrow, so I may not be able to get on line to check this forum until I get back.

LAR,
Yes, you won't be able to receive new numbers until you install Watch Right on the new computer.
Watch Right's serial number for each machine is based off the hard drives serial number. So I can't get you a working WR number until you give me the "Serial Number" on the trial screen of Watch Right.
If you can get that for me before you leave on vacation I'll try to get a working number for you before you return.
Have a great AND RELAXING vacation. Where ya going?
