Going to Ocean City, MD. I will have to get you the # when I get back. I will be back on the 18th, so please check back then. You have been so helpful. I haven't set the new computer up yet for my daughter as I was waiting for the number, but I don't have time tonight as I am leaving early in the AM from NY.

Okay, I have the new serial #. It is 861468370. We had a great vacation. If you have never been, you should go see the wild horses on Assateauge Island in Maryland. They run free on a beautiful beach. It is not far from Ocean City, MD which has a boardwalk and another beach. The weather was great, and the beaches were really clean. I shall await my new registration # while I figure out how this new computer works. Again, Thank you.

I would love to see wild horses running. That must have been a beautiful sight. I'm emailing to get a registration number for the new PC. Thanks for providing the new serial number. and, Welcome home.

Thanks. The horses were beautiful, and have been living on this island for hundreds of years without any intervention from people. Actually, the tourists take over their beaches in the summer. They actually have campgrounds on the island and the horses walk all around the tents and trailers. Vacations always seem to be too short!

Thank you so much. I entered it and it said that it was the correct number. I can't tell if the program works yet, because I have to wait for my daughter to not be home to set everything up. She has camp next week, so I will let you know. Again, I can't thank you enough for all your help.

Okay, I have installed AIM 6.1 and all seems to be working fine although I haven't yet installed an anti-virus software which I intend to do soon. Do you know of any conflicts with the Shield deluxe 2007, or do you have any suggestions for a good anti-virus firewall. I use to have EZ Armor which I got for free from my cable company, but I can't get it again so I guess I will have to buy one

LAR,
I use Comodo Firewall (www.comodo.com) it's completely free and very reputable (although I haven't heard many positive things about their AV program -- that's why I stick with Avast, also free).
AIM 6.1 is not compatible with Watch Right either.
You won't be able to view any conversations with that program. You'll need to revert back to AIM 5.9 if you want to monitor IM conversations.

Thanks for the info. I used AIM 6.1, and although I only tried sending a few messages from 3 different screen names, it recorded all of them without any problems. If I run into problems I will go back to aim 5.9

Which program did you purchase? WatchRight? PowerTools? You need to supply more information, otherwise I can't figure out who you are. Posting your Master AOL Screen Name helps if you need the PowerTools registration number. The Master AOL Screen Name is the first one listed at Keyword: NAMES Please start a new thread when posting. --- To start a new thread: From the main BPS Software Help Forum website, click on PowerTools for AOL > Other PowerTools features. On the large red bar, click on the "New Thread" icon on the right side.
