WatchRight does appear to be running on your system, have you tried to Reset WatchRight yet?

Launch WatchRight
Click on Options > Select Reset WatchRight.
Close and then re-launch WatchRight.

NOTE: This will Reset your password and you will lose any saved logs. Make certain you keep a copy (print-out) of any logs you wish to retain.

Yes I have reset watchright i cannot even tell you how many times, I have also redownloaded it only thing I am not sure of is if I remove all of watchright from my conputer using add / remove programs and i redownload watchright do i lose my serial number and my regostration id with the program i have? please let me know as that is the only thing i have not done

Your serial number should stay the same.
When you launch Watch Right, click on Help > About Watch Right.
This is where you registration number will be, make certain you have this written down.

I'd also suggest disabling some unnecessary programs that launch with Windows.

Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs:

Click on START
Click on RUN
Type in MSCONFiG and hit Enter
Click over to the Startup tab
Remove the checkmarks next to the following items:

IAAnotif
ATIPTA
NvCplDaemon
Pure Networks Port Magic
SunJavaUpdateSched
CheckRes
TkBellExe
YBrowser
HostManager
SoundMan
QuickTime Task
SemanticInsight *SPYWARE* Download Ad-Aware, it's free, to remove from your system.
UserFaultCheck
IPHSend
When finished, hit Apply > OK. Restart your computer.

Lucy,

I noticed you are using Symantec Norton Antivirus, which mistakingly identifies Watch Right as spyware. You need to set Norton Antivirus (as well as any other antivirus and antispyware programs you might use) to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, reinstall Watch Right.

You might want to see if that problem is falsely identifying Watch Right as Spyware.

I do not use AIM but the version that is on my computer is 5.9.6089 but what does that have to do with anything? Can someone please help? i see others are getting frustrated also because no one can figure out why all this is happening. I never had a problem before with the program but now all of a sudden there is something wrong and it seems that everyone's watchright programs all stopped working around the same time. What gives?
