There are always going to be different issues with Software. Especially a monitoring program such as Watch Right. Third party Spyware manufacturers consider any monitoring program Spyware (because of it's monitoring abilities).
This has always caused problems with our software. Many, simply need to scour their Antivirus/Antispyware settings to make certain Watch Right is in the "Allowed" section.
Are you trying to monitor usage on AOL? -- Is anything logging within AOL (Emails, IMs, IE Sessions)? Does AIM log conversations?

What AntiVirus and AntiSpyware programs are you currently using? You are certain you've checked each for instances of WatchRight being prevented from loading?
What about Desaware, do you see anything with that name being prevented?

I had the same problem... however I left the watch right window open and forgot about it, came back to the computer about a half hour later and everything was there. I guess if you have so much logged in there it may take a while to load and show up.

Cindy, every Antivirus program is different. You would need to review the HELP documents that came with your Antivirus programs so you can set Watch Right to the "Always Ignore" list.
Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
