I had purchased powertools 9.x on 2-21-2001 but I'm not able to locate it to download on my computer. I'm not showing it on your web site.

PowerTools 9 was "sunsetted" several years ago, and replaced by newer versions. Consequently, it has not been updated in many years, and so is unlikely to function properly, even with an older version of AOL still installed.
I can provide you with a link to download it if you like, but we won't be able to provide any support should it not function properly.
However, if you are using AOL 9, you will need to upgrade to PowerTools 12 instead.
