Since i downloaded the free trial version my puter acts up, system fails, got the following error messages: c\windows\system32\isass.exe status code 1073741819 this puter shuts down 1 minute after this error Also c\windows\system32\lsass.exe status code 128 plus while on your web site got this message Instruction at 0x77f52109 referenced memory at 0x00000000 memory could not be written. Please help me. my 20 days will be up and i won't have been able to even try and enjoy the many features you offer. and I AM NOT buying this program if it runs like this all the time, i will remove it.. this is a real hassle. Thanks for your time.. hope to hear from you soon

Could you please post the BPS System Information Report? This gives us specific details about your system and will allow us to quickly identify any problems.
Please follow these directions to post the BPS System Information Report:
Click on START, point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info. Once the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
In your reply message board post, simply right-click and select "Paste"

Those two programs you mentioned are part of Windows XP core operating system. Have you updated Windows lately?
Launch Internet Explorer. Click on "Tools" > Select "Update Windows" Follow the prompts to allow Microsoft to scan your system.
Download any Critical and Recommended updates for your computer.

Okay, so I did the Windows Updates, but i still had a system shutdown same error as last time C\Windows|system32\lsass.exe Error code 128 This only started since i downloaded your program

The error message you're receiving sounds like one that was caused by the Blaster worm that infected computers about a year ago. Make certain your Antivirus program is up-to-date and run a complete scan on your system. As an extra security measure, I would also download the tool from this website and allow it to scan your system as well: Blaster Worm Removal ToolAfter you click on the link, click on the "Download Removal Tool" button to start the download process.

Is there a number I can call for actual Live help??? No, we don't have a phone number. The only method of support is generated through this message board. We all operate out of our own homes on a volunteer basis. Phone support is simply not an option.
