all the icons on my toolbar are gone and nothing on the other bars are working for example my favorite places....i uninstalled bot PT and AOL twice and re-loaded them both and the problem is still there.....any ideas?

If PowerTools is running, close it.
Then:
1. Click Start > Search.
2. Type in *.LYT and click Search Now.
3. Highlight all the LYT files you find that are listed in C:\Program Files\PowerTools 12\Tools, right click, select Delete.
4. Relaunch PowerTools.
If you continue to have problems, please post the BPS System Information Report.
Here are the necessary directions:
1. Click on START > (All) Programs > BPS Software > Select "BPS System Info"
2. Once all the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
3. In your reply message board post, simply right-click > select Paste.
