When I downloaded BPS 12.0.37, I immediately added about 30 quotes to the Custom Phase Editor.
The next day, I started to add more quotes to them. However, I could not find the old quotes, or gain access to them.
So I decided to start all over again, thinking I had not saved them. I could add subjects, but I could not get into the new subjects again. Come to find out, my program started me a new Custom Phase Editor all over again, and I could not gain access to the one that I had previously added to, nor can I get into the one I just added subjects to. It has repeated itself with a new custom phase editor 4 times now.
I am sure it is a simple fix, but cannot resolve it on my own. Please help

Please help Clifton YEAGER Cygen1@aol.com Try clicking on Custom Phrase Editor, then click on File, open, if the new phrases are all in the original CPE....try this.....or do this until you find them.....but usually if you did this when you first opened PT they woudl be in the original one....so click on File, Open, then look for Custom Editor 1....and click open......then close that....and look in your Cusom Phrase Editor and see if all your phrases are back. If not, please let us know and we will go a little further to get them back, you may have to put 2 Editors together to get them all in 1 Editor. BPS TBear :-)

Thank you very much......I can now find the custom editor.....however...I am having trouble adding to it....I just cannot seem to get into the editor to make a post to it....what am I doing wrong or not doing? Thanks Clifton YEAGER Make sure you are working with the correct Editor so this way you don't have a few editors going at the same time and you don't have to put them all together. Than if you want to add a phrase or a group, not sure, you didn't state that, click on "new" on the bottom left, click on "phrase", unless you are making a whole new group of phrases, then you can move them from where you have them now and I can give you different directions, after clicking on phrase, click the group topic that you want that phrase to go into. Meaning click on the left side where you want this one to go into, then on the right side, type the Alias, which is what you would type into a room so that you can use that macro after typing a / such as if you were using good bye as your phrase, you can use gb as your alias and that would make it simple, you can type /gb as your alias, and in the Title you can type what phrase you are using this for, so for that one you can type Good Bye....and on the top where you would type your Macro..Type what you want to show up in the room...then go back to the bottom and click Save. I hope I didn't just confuse you by the way I used Goodbye as a macro. If I did please post back and we will help you out more until you have this all settled. BPS TBear :-)

Thank you for your patience with me. I can find the popup phase editor and can make some minor corrections with it, ie, spelling, etc. I can find the Custom Editor, but cannot do anything with it. I can neither add Phrases, nor can I add new groups to it. I can highlight, click, double click, click new, etc, nothing happens.
I must have been lucky my first day with 12.0.37, because I cannot get it to work now. I have considered removing and starting all over again, maybe that will be my next try. Read all the drop downs, instructions, etc.
The box (screen) that I was into before, allowed me to, the alias and description boxes would appear below, and I could add those & save to finish off the phrase.
Any suggestions would be beneficial to me.
Thank you

Could you open your Custom Phrase Editor and send a screen shot of that to me?
To create a screen shot: 1. Make sure you can SEE what want to capture on your screen. 2. Press the PRINT SCRN key (next to the F12 key). 3. Open an email form, put your cursor in the body, RIGHT click and click PASTE. 4. When asked if you want to RESIZE, say NO. 5. Send the email to my AOL Email account (BPSRocky) and Send.

Thank you so much for your patience with me. I am not sure what I did or did not do, but my Custom Phase Editor is working just fine, as it did in the beginning, I do appreciate your patience, and will continue to recommend BPS. I am adding Groups and phrases to the Custom Phrase Editor, just like it was designed to do.
