Power tools bps forum button not working please Fix thank you and also the everyone button on buddylist not always working.

We're currently experiencing a problem with the keyword to access our AOL forum (this has nothing to do with PowerTools itself -- we're waiting on AOL to fix the problem.) In the meantime, all our programs can still be downloaded from our web site at www.bpssoft.com, and tech support can be obtained from this message board.

How do we contact Brad? I have been unable to find answers to questions about something that may or maynot be BPS related. Toolbar items not working, returning error messages over and over again. Being bumped offline, etc.

I understand that Joni is no longer with BPS, so Brad is the only one I'm comfortable dealing with. Please contact Brad and ask him to contact [e-mail].

All tech support is being handled through our message board. Please start a new thread to explain the problems you've been experiencing, including your BPS System Information following these steps:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "New Thread" button in the related board, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.
