I'm having a problem here with my AOL windows ["America Online 9.0 Security Edition SE"] in coordination with BPS Powertools in that my IM window is up so high that the top of it is hidden beneath the AOL/PT task bar window at the top of the screen. Note: If I am in regular windows I do not have this problem. Is there some function combination of keys to use that I can press to move the window? I have tried using 'Shift + Left Mouse Click' and so on.

The fastest method is just disabling some of the upper toolbar from showing. Right-click on the main toolbar and remove the checkmarks next to the following items: Show Navbar Show Toolbar This should hide enough of the default toolbar to allow you to view the top of the PowerIM window so you can move it. If not, let me know.

d**n nice idea but no good as I had thought of that first and should have mentioned that too when I had posted but the hour was late and mind was fading fast. Short of uninstalling/reinstalling, which is what I am fearing I am going to have to do, might you have any other solutions? I mean the top of the IM box is way up there. I haven't a d**n clue why either as I didn't make it that big and it isn't even possible to put it this high, which I would show you if I knew how to posts pics here, even if someone had made the IM window that large.
Signed,
An Inflated IM

Exit PowerTools.
Click on START > RUN > Type in REGEDiT and hit Enter.
Double-click on the following folders:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software BPS Software
Right-Click on "PowerIM" and select Delete.
Launch PowerTools.
Problem fixed?
