IM block

In the OPTIONS tab on an IM there is a place to block the IM from a person for "this session" and one to "block permanently". How do I unblock the permanent one? The name does not show up under the privacy selection or anywhere else that I can find.

You can access this a number of ways.
Its the same screen that shows the "ignored" users in the chat room.
Try clicking the red PowerTools drill icon > Customize PowerTools > IM Ignore.
