the IM window use to have a section on the right that allowed for info, notes, a picture, etc. This section is gone now.....How can I get it back?

Have you tried clicking the "more than" icon on the bottom of the PowerIM window?
It looks like this: >>
If that button isn't visible, try making the PowerIM window a little wider.
Let me know if that helps or not.

[could someone please tell me if bps powertools are compatible with AOL9.0 security addition? if so which version of Powertools are? if not which version of AOL do I get and how do I get it? thank so much My email is Celeste347@aol.com

PT 12.0.38 is compatible with 9.0 SE. It doesn't work with 9.1 or 9.0 VR.
