Power IM Logging

When I send or receive an IM, it only logs the first sentence. My logging is on, but it is not logging.

I have the newest PT 12.0.38
and AOL 9.0 Revision 4184.5326

Any suggestions?

Cindy,

Would you mind emailing me a screen shot of your IM Log Manager?

To take a screen shot:

1. Make certain the IM Log Manager is visible on your screen
2. Hit the PRTSCN button on your keyboard (you won't hear or see anything happen)
3. Open an AOL Email form, address it to [e-mail]
4. Type out a subject line (like: IM Log Manager)
5. In the body of the email, right-click > Select Paste.
6. Click on "NO" if asked to resize the image.
