I have a screen copy of both my IM and Buddy list window which says more than I can say. But I can't seem to paste it here. The window keeps the slider bar just out of reach on the right.
The Buddy List window is just messed up...don't know how to describe it. I have a screen print of it to if I could send it to you.

Please post the BPS System Information Report here.
Click on START > All Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info. Once this utility loads, click on "Copy to Clipboard" You won't notice anything happen, but return to this forum, in your reply post, right-click > select Paste.
You can email your screen shots to me at my AOL account: bpsrocky@aol.com

Your version of AOL is pretty outdated. A newer version is available at Keyword: UPGRADE, I'd recommend updating your build. This could be the cause of your problem.
You can also access the BPS System Information Utility once you load AOL/PowerTools, click on the HELP menu, select "BPS System Information Utility".

Yes, but once you launch PowerTools you can also access this utility from the HELP menu. Just click on HELP > BPS System Information Utility.
