I had to register Power Tools this morning when I went to sign on. I have had and ran PT 12.0.37 since it came out and use AOL 9.0 Optimized SE . I've had to uininstall and reinstall several times over the past few days. I have been having problems with sending Instant Messages for weeks now . Can only send to some and not all on buddy list . When I try it tells me they are not currently signed onto AOL and I know they are. Now this morning after having to re register and uninstall and re install when I sign on I have no task bar on bottom of screen. Whats going on here???

My task bar for Power tools is UNDER the START bar. Unless I hide the START bar I can not see the PT Task bar. This is not a trade off I want to make! I need Start bar and PT Taskbars both showing as they always have until this morning. How can I fix it???

Please follow these directions to post the BPS System Information Report:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right-click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

If BPS System Info is not listed simply download and reinstall PowerTools 12 from www.bpssoft.com. Once you hit "Copy to Clipboard" from the BPS System Information Utility you can return to this board, then right-click select Paste. All of the techs for BPS are volunteers, we don't have a set schedule on when we can be on the boards. We check boards frequently, but never on a time schedule.
