All of a sudden tonight my IMs acting very bizarre. I just recently upgraded to AOL 9.0, Security Edition SE and PTs 12. Things were working normally then I switched to a different SN and tried to IM someone and a IM window opened that was totally dark gray, no windows in it at all, no way to IM out. If some one IMs me the PTs Power IM catches it and I can IM back. The oddest thing is that it's happening on some SNs and not on others. I think I see real quickly in the corner some sort of window popping in as I sign on to the SN for the first time, and it says something about configuring the PTs IM window?
Any suggestions or ideas what to do?
Please help!
Thanks!

Could you take a screen shot of the PowerIM window when it is grayed out?
Here are the necessary directions to take and email a screen shot:
To create a screen shot: 1. Make sure you can SEE what want to capture on your screen. 2. Press the PRINT SCRN key (next to the F12 key). 3. Open an email form, put your cursor in the body, RIGHT click and click PASTE. 4. When asked if you want to RESIZE, say NO. 5. Address the email to BPSRocky@aol.com and click on Send Now.

sorry it took me so long to get back to you.
It seems to have been an AOL issue, not a PTs one. I ended up reinstalling AOL. The AOL tech seemed to think PTs was corrupting AOL's files... but I'm more apt to think it works the other way.
Thank you all for your attention and willingness to help.
