When I am using Power Tools Wav Pro I used to be able to double click on a wav and the wav would go in the mini player and play. I cant get the mini player to work now and the wav won't go in there. Any suggestions please?

Could you please post your BPS sytem information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.

Have you tried to simply reinstall PowerTools to see if that solved your problem? Does the mini player open at all on your machine?
Click on the red PowerTools drill icon > Select Wav Pro Manager. Select View > View Mini Player. Does this open the player at all?

I have reinstalled Power Tools 5 times but keep getting the same problem. Yes the player is there but no wavs go in it and therefore don't play. If a wav is played in a chatroom I can hear it ok but I cannot stop it if I don't like it. I assume all this is connected to the same problem

This will revert the Wav Pro Manager and Player to the PowerTools defaults. However, I don't know if this will solve your issue. PowerTools uses components of Windows Media Player to play wavs. Is Windows Media Player set as the default on your system? That might be another thing to check out. Locate a WAV file on your computer, double-click on it, does Windows Media Player open?
[Exit/close PowerTools before you perform these steps]
1. Click the Windows Start button, click Run, and enter: REGEDIT 2. Double click to expand the HKEY_CURRENT_USER folder. 3. Double click to expand Software, then expand BPS SoftWare. 4. Double click to expand PowerTools . 5. With the PowerTools folder highlighted, look for: PlayerPopup <-- delete that subfolder. Wav Pro Manager <-- delete that subfolder. 6. Close the Registry Editor, and restart PowerTools.

Actually, you can. Just type and send:
/killwav/
to the chat room. This will stop the wav from playing and the command is not sent to the chat.
