I can't see a list of individual IM logs in the IM folder, it was working fine a few days ago and now I can't pull up any saved logs. I have logs saved from as far back as 2002, if I lost access to those files I will be extremely upset.

Please post your BPS system information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.

When you go into your IM Log Manager do the panels look like they always did or are you missing the dates at the bottom and all you can see are the names of the people you have had IM's with?
