I have PowerTools running on two computers. This problem started on both computers at the same time. My Power IM button on the bottom of the screen is not there. My grouped IMs or not working and my IM logging is not working as well. I am running Norton on both machines. Norton is allowing Power Tools. Thanks for your help!!! I miss your chat room. This was the best way to solve problems with PowerTools. I'm sure you have heard this before though.

Please post your BPS system information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.
