IM Screen keeps minimizing on me

I dont' know what's going on with my IMs all of a sudden. The window keeps minimizing on me if I am doing something else at the same time, like being in a chat room. This never used to happen and it is extremely annoying.

Any help is appreciated.

Never mind - I figured it out. I had the "floating IM screen" checked in the options. Have no idea how that happened, but unchecking it solved the problem.
