I think I'm doing this right. A new thread for each question. If not please forgive me I misunderstood.
I"m having trouble with IM's and buddylist. If I try to IM someone (using PT power IM) I get the IM form but the name field is blank and so is the bottom with the buttons that send it. It happens if I'm using buddylist to IM, the chatroom list, or even from AOL Toolbar.
Also when I sign off and back on, I appear offline to people and cant receive or send IM's. Sometimes it just pops off for no reason when I"m online.
I"m not sure if this is related to PT's Power IMs or not. I dont know whats cauing the problems with IM's and buddylist. To be honest I'm not even 100 percent sure the two problems are related although they both involve buddy list and IM's.
Thanks for your time and patience in helping me figure these things out. I'm not the most technical person in the world but I can follow directions well
