Sometimes my IM logging feature does NOT log the chat of the person I am IMing with. Just mine.

Could you please post your system information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.

Are you going to give me anything on this? What is the problem with your not answering? Has your customer service taken a nose dive? I don't have to use Power Tools.

How long ago did this problem start?
Have you installed/uninstalled anything?
Could you please try the following at a test:
1. Navigate to: C:\Program Files\PowerTools 12
2. Locate the "Tools" folder, right-click on this folder, Rename to "ToolsOLD"
3. Reinstall PowerTools.
NOTE: You won't have your customized toolbar for this test -- but please IM a few people to see if their portion of the text is visible with PowerIM Logging.
Thanks!

I will try your suggestion, but the validity will be in question since the problem is intermittent.
Thanks
