IM's

When I have PT's on sometimes ,IM's wont go through and the hour glass comes up, on the rare occasion I can Close them down and it will work the second time, if not I have to keep opening a new IM for every line of text.

Any Ideas , ??

From my experience, issues with PowerIM not receiving IMs is due to an over abundance of programs loading with Windows or because there is "Malware" on your system that is causing conflicts with PowerTools.

Try this, then post your results after you restart your computer.

Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs:

• Click on START
  
• Click on RUN
  
• Type in MSCONFiG and hit Enter
  
• Click over to the Startup tab
  
• Remove the checkmarks next to the following items:
  
  SoundMAXPnP
  IgfxTray
  Persistence
  SunJavaUpdateSched
  DVDLauncher
  RealTray
  AOL Spyware Protection
  dla
  ISUSPM Startup
  ISUSScheduler
  Corel Photo Downloader
  QuickTime Task
