i notice all my im are logged but only shoe one side of the conversation can i do something so the entire two sided conversation is saved?

Please post the BPS System Information Report that will help identify any problem areas:
Please follow these directions to post the BPS System Information Report:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right-click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
