cant add new items to power favorites list

it says "offline" view..how to correct this ?

Is this message generated from PowerTools or AOL?
Can you take a screen shot of this and email it to me?

To create a screen shot:

1. Make sure you can SEE what want to capture on your screen. (The "Offline" error message.)
2. Press the PRINT SCRN key (next to the F12 key).
3. Open an email form, put your cursor in the body, RIGHT click and click PASTE.
4. When asked if you want to RESIZE, say NO.
5. Address the email to [e-mail] and click on Send Now.
