i was wondering if powertools is working on making it possible to use multicolored text in and instant message like we can do in a chat room. also i have been trying to set up my buddy list with pics and profiles but it wont let me do it for each person  |

It is currently not possible and that is because of the limit AOL has on instant messages.
In order to "fade" text like that it requires hundreds of hidden html characters - AOL has a limit on how many characters can be sent in one single IM.
On AOL, visit Keyword: TELL US and let them know that you like to use faded text in IMs.
