My log manager is on but it is only saving what I type not what is being typed to me.....how can I get it to safe both parts of the conversation and there is anyway to pull up the old conversation?

Could you please post your BPS System Information Report?
1. Click on START > Point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > Select "BPS System Info".
2. Once this utility loads, and the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
3. In your reply message board post, simply right-click > Select Paste.
