I keep getting "^S" after lines of chat. It even shows up after XXX has entered the room, not just a line of chat. I have rebooted numerous times, run virus scan, etc, all to no avail. When I go into AOL chat without using Power Tools, this doesn't happen. I LOVE using Power Tools for chat, so would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Too many programs running in the background, outdated video card drivers, and simply not completing routine system maintenance.
If you want to post the BPS System Information Report I'd be glad to look it over and offer some suggestions.
Click on START > Point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info.
Once this utility loads, and all fields fill with text, click on the 'Copy to Clipboard' button (you won't see or hear anything happen).
Return to the message board, right-click > Select 'Paste'.
