I had forgotten about PT 11. If I want to revert to AOL 8 in order to use PT, should I install PT 11? And is the Registration Number the same for 11 and 12?

John,
Yes, the registration number for PowerTools 12 will also work in PowerTools 11.
You'll need to key the registration number in to register the program.
PowerTools 11 only worked with AOL 8.0 PLUS.
OldVersion.com has AOL 8.0 (but it doesn't say which particular build of 8.0 it was).

Can I get the number from the software? I don't have it written down...Ugh
What version of 9 works with PT12? As I explained, with Optimized it just deteriates with every reboot upgrade

John,
Most versions of AOL 9.0 work with PowerTools 12. Just stay clear of the VR build, that one is incompatible.
