chatroom shrinking

[StermHawk]

when I am in a chat room and it is strethed out to the size I want it if another feature turns on, such as opening the Help feature or calling for an IM Window the room size shrinks to just about 1/4 the size of the room. The width stays ok, the the height goes down. I can bring it back with the button next to the X (cannot remember the name of it). I have Remember Room Size and Position selected in the General Room Preferences.


I have XP, AOL Opt, version 4148.5132. PT Version 12.0.38.

Try this:

Exit PowerTools.
Search your hard drive for the following file type: *.LYT
These should be located in the C:\Program Files\PowerToools 12\Tools folder (there are three).
Right click on each, select "Delete".
Launch PowerTools.
