Heather,
BPS Software officially closed April 11th of this year. I don't know how long ago you made your purchase (I simply volunteer here to help answer questions), but refunds were never part of the policy while BPS was open. You can still use PowerTools with AOL (provided you're not using Windows Vista) -- so you can continue to use the software.

Heather, It's possible to use PowerTools on a vista machine, but it takes a giant work-around... You have to install Virtual PC [which is free from Microsoft] and literally create a "virtual" install of Windows XP. Then you can install AOL 9.0 SE and PowerTools 12. I've done it on my own machine, but even with 1gig of RAM, I felt like I needed more. Just a thought.

Is there a program that is similar to power tool that works in other chat room besides AOL? I downloaded the wavman thing but apparently it only works in AOL? I dont know... I need a program that auto welcomes and also runs macros in the room in time intervals... know anything like this? Any info is appreciated. Thanks
