When will the BPS website be up and running again?

Jen,
Unfortunately never. The programmer/owner decided to close BPS Software on April 11th.
The software will not be updated nor will it be made available for purchase any longer.
If you need to reinstall your existing software the last versions can be downloaded from the link within my signature.
