The Room Manager feature doesn't work. When I try and enter using Room Manager only the regular AOL window pos up; the PT window never materializes and I have to hit Esc to close the PT Room Manager. The PT cahtroom never comes on; only the AOL chat room. This is a recent problem.

BPS Software officially closed on 04/11/07 -- no further program updates will be made available. If AOL made changes to the chat rooms that make PowerChat inoperable an update will not be released. With that being said, lets see if this is specific to your system:
Have you tried rebooting your computer?
Go ahead and post the BPS System Information Report. I'm curious to see which program versions you're using.
Directions to post the BPS System Information Report:[/u]
1. Click on START > Point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info.
2. Once this utility loads, and all fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
3. In your reply message board post, simply Right-Click > Select "Paste"

Kalthea, You need to start a your own new thread when posting here. Hijacking another users thread is unfair to the original author when trying to get support for their problem. Next, are you still using the SAME AOL Account that the program was purchased with? Registration Numbers are tied to the Master Screen Name (this is the first name listed at Keyword: NAMES). If you are using the same AOL Account, try typing in the Registration Number instead of pasting it. This has worked for others in the past.
