When I scroll over the click on the person talking in my chat room. My list of of things I can do no longer comes up. What can I do for this?

When you right-click on a user name, nothing appears?

When I right click onto the names on the name list...it shows up the name but only for a second. Then it disapears on me.

try this first:
Exit PowerTools
Search your entire C:\ drive for the file: *.lyt
Delete the three files found (they should be in C:\Program Files\PowerTools 12\Tools).
Restart PowerTools.
Does the problem still exist?
Typically deleting those files, or resetting your toolbar, fixes that issue.
