For the last three days when i'm in a chatroom, I keep getting E) - with an accent over the E - appearing at the end of lines and at peoples screen names on the room list - how on earth do i get rid of this - have tried downloading powertools again but it is still there!

What happens when you click on the "People Here" tab in the PowerChat window?
(This refreshes the Member Here listing.)

The people here tab is actually the list of members located in the room.
When you see their name on the right hand side, you should see a "People Here:" tab at the top -- just click on it to refresh this listing.

lolÈ( <----- this is what appears in the chatroom and at the end of screen names - it shouldnt be there!!! please help it's really irritating!!!!!! I've seen glitches like that occasionally. Various extra letters or symbols. They eventually go away after a day or two. Try reooting your computer & cleaning up temp files, cache, etc, but they eventually do go away. |
