The Entering and Leaving boxes at the bottom of my name list are always open when I go into a chat room. At one time I was able to get them closed and they stayed that way. I know how to minimize them, but they won't stay from one boot to another. I recently reloaded AOL and PT and this is the result. I have them turned off in AOL, too.
I cannot remember how to copy the system data in here. If you need it then please tell me how to get it.
Thanks.

Please post your BPS system information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.

Have you already tried to disable these features within PowerChat by clicking on the PowerTools red drill icon and uncheck Show Enter/Leaving list options? -- You could also try to manually edit the registry to force PowerTools into hiding those windows:
Exit PowerTools Click on START > Point to RUN (or hit the Windows key + R on your keyboard). Type in REGEDiT and hit Enter. Double click on the following folders:
MyComputer HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software BPS SoftWare PowerTools 12 RichChat Panes
Double click on the entry titled: Members Entering List Change the "Yes" to "No" and click on OK. Do the same for: Members Leaving List Exit the Registry Editor window. Launch PowerTools.
Do the Enter/Leaving lists still appear?

I would like to send you what I get when I do the Registry as you suggest, but I can't seem to paste a PrintScreen here. What is your email address? I will send it that way.
Thanks.
