 I know this doesn't solve any issues with chatroom text, but I don't believe it is a Power Tools problem as it is happening to just about everyone I know. The answer must lie with AOL

That would help explain why it doesn't seem to happen to everyone -- and why no one has anything out of the ordinary on their System Information Report.
Have non-PowerTools users (or PowerTools users logging on with plain AOL) experienced the same issue?

It is happening to both Power Tools users & non-Power Tools user. I haven't tried using plain AOL.

Ahh, then it would seem this is an AOL issue (if it happens to non-PowerTools users as well).
Visit Keyword: TECH LIVE or Keyword: TELL US to let them know there is an issue.
