Chat room keeps freezing

Intermittantly for the past few days I keep having chat rooms freeze. First I wont see my text, then I wont be able to post text either. Looks like IM not the only one experiencing this. IF i reboot, I can see text for a few lines, then mine and everyone elses freezes.
I have latest aol 9 and PT 12

Could you post the BPS System Information Report? Here are those directions:


1. Click on START > Point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info.

2. Once the utility opens, and the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
