Greetings. When I'm logged onto AOL, I sometimes have trouble using the "view profile" function, when right clicking on anyone's screenname ... either in a chatroom, or in my buddy list.
The problem is happening right now for everyone in my buddy list. I'll right click on the person's screenname, select the "view profile" option, and I get a web "window" that repeatedly tries to load, with a yellow padlock showing in the lower right corner of the window each time it tries. It never ends up able to load the profile.
I didn't see a previous post for this on the message board, and I apologize if you've addressed it before. Is this a common problem? It's happening on my desktop computer now, but sometimes (often) happens on my laptop computer also.
