power tools in chat room temp fix

hey i dont know if this will help anyone else but i finally got my tools to work ina chat room what worked for me was to open aol first then befor i go into a chat room i open power tools < secondary to aol> this seem to work and did not minimize the caht window hope this helps i can be emailed at [e-mail]

Seems the update that was done today had an issue with the ads in the chats conflicting with an old version of Shockwave.

An upgrade which will correct the problem before it happens when they change the rooms back is available at:

This was actually a temporary glitch caused by AOL.
They've reverted the chat rooms back to the original condition and PowerTools operates correctly now.

We'll continue to monitor the chat rooms to see if AOL makes any future adjustments.
