chat room moves out of sight when opening

when i open chat room it disappears out of sight which i have to go find it by scrolling up and or close it which is annoying it won't stay in view please help

AOL has made changes to the chat rooms on May 11, which affect the functioning of the PowerTools PowerChat feature.

We are aware of the problem and are currently looking into it. Any news about this will be posted on this forum and on our web site.
