Look I just got off the phone with AOL ... This is something new in the chat rooms. Its a Advertisement.. its also being put in emails they said. There is NO WAY TO DISABLE IT. From our end that is. SMH AOL said If I dont like it to complain to AOL FEEDBACK and wait for a response. Point is this... Its not a popup.. theres nothing AOL is going to do about it at this time so it appears. And Theres nothing we can do about it until BPS figures out how to solve this problem. So I will assume that they will let all of thier subscribers know as soon as they find a solution how to resolve this. Until then... its futile to continue to complain about the same thing. IM SURE THEY KNOW by now.

The "so-called" ad ... is in the lower right corner where our "enter-exit" lists should be. As far as I know, it's always been in the regular AOL chat window, but PTs was always able to mask it.

AOL has made changes to the chat rooms on May 11, which affect the functioning of the PowerTools PowerChat feature.
We are aware of the problem and are currently looking into it. Any news about this will be posted on this forum and on our web site.
