Cannot access chat room with PT's on May 11, 2006 5:50:16 GMT -5

I am the bolt holder of a chat room. When I went to reboot I could not come back into room with power tools. Another member also could not enter with power tools on. Yet, I can enter and maintanin ownership of the room as long as power tools is off. Is this a temporary technical problem? Rebooting doesnt help. Is there something I can do to get pt's to work in chat room?

I haven't heard of any issues with the chat room yet -- please post your System Information Report and we'll have a look:

Please follow these directions to post the BPS System Information Report:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right-click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

I no longer check these boards.

AOL has made changes to the chat rooms on May 11, which affect the functioning of the PowerTools PowerChat feature.

We are aware of the problem and are currently looking into it. Any news about this will be posted on this forum and on our web site.
