If it helps any.. I called AOL... it is new.. they said its in emails.. and chat rooms.. Its a advertisement. NOT A POPUP. It cannot be disabled in any form. Smh they told me if I didnt like it to complain to AOL feedback. So...Im assuming this isnt going to be a problem that can be fixed quickly. And its not something AOL is willing to do anything about at this time. If that Advertisement is whats effecting the program.. Ill assume that Im going to wait until BPS finds a solution and hope they can relay it to us as soon as possible.

The Advertisement has always been there And my Chat window auto closes also. At this point, I use AOL & Powertools for a BUSINESS. Anyone KNOW how much MONEY this is costing me =0( Knowing BPS it will take a few WEEKS to work this bug out.

Wonder if the Brainiacs have figured out to put a MAXIMIZE Option n the Closed window tab yet.
MAYBE if we could DISABLE Powerchat, we could COPE.

AOL has made changes to the chat rooms on May 11, which affect the functioning of the PowerTools PowerChat feature.
We are aware of the problem and are currently looking into it. Any news about this will be posted on this forum and on our web site.
