When I go into a chatroom, the chat window minimizes on it's own, and won't let me maximize it. I can only close it.

Same thing happening for me.... my observation is that once minimized, I can maximize it, and be in the room.... macros seem to work.... BUT there is no ability to "size" the window... it's either full screen or minimized, nothing in between....
Seems to be related to the lower right hand corner advertising stuff going on, which now covers up the entering/leaving buddy list stuff which I had positioned on the far right.....
Hope this can be fixed for us.....

Same things happening with me, but I found a work around that seems to work (At least for me)
When you goto a chat and the window self-minimizes, goto Window > Tile or Cascade in the menu bar.. that should bring it back up and you can rearrange the Windows then.
Hope this helps anyone... may have to put up with the ad still covering the members who've exitted window, but IMO, small price to pay.

Im having the same problem but you can open the chatroom with out the powerchat on and the window will stay open. Sounds like AOL changed something again.

Ok... something seems to have changed again... I can now enter a chat room, and it sizes correctly.... the ad however is still over riding the lower right, entering, exiting box.... but at least the rest seems better....

SOMEONE HELP!!!! Ive had this for 4 monthes.. and been a room owner... heres the problem.. same as everyone elses.. I open the room.. the program runs fine.. moderaters can still kick people out. However... the room automatically minimizes and I cant see whats going on or change any room owner settings. My room is being completely ran by moderators right now... GOD HELP US ALL lol .... seriously tho.. Ive tried to delete logs.. Ive closed out powertools completely.. and I can open the room without it. Ive tried to maximize everyway I know how to. sooooooooo how do I get it so that I can actually SEEEEE the room again.. type in the room again.. and make room adjustments to the moderators, regulars, allow people things of that nature. Cant do anything right now cause I cant even see the room. Please and thankyou for your help. as fast as possible please.

yep..it's happening to everyone..even non-PT users are having a problem. I am getting an adverisement at the bottom of Room List...every time it changes the cursor jumps out of the message box.
