Why is it that I can still hear wav, sounds in chat room? I don't have it enabled to do so, and don't have the allow power tools to play wav sounds clicked.. Gosh this is so annoying!!! LOL...  |

You probably need to disable AOL Sounds as well.
Keyword: SETTINGS -> Chat Preferences > Uncheck "Enable Chat Room Sounds"

I had that clicked. I had d/led a newer version of aol and it also has play members sounds when they enter and leave. I didn't even look for that feature. Feel kinda stupid  Thanks... Mara... |
