Receiving invitations by E-mail

I am having problems receiving invitations to join a private room every time a person sends me an invitation they get the following reply:

Member Invite Summary

• Total invited: 0
• Doesn't accept invitations: 1
• Total: 1

Member Invite Details
Doesn't accept invitations: [e-mail]

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible you have PowerTools set to block chat invitations.

From the enhanced Buddy List window, click on the Setup button.
Click on "Block Buddy Chat Invitations". A popup window will appear showing your current setting.
