I have just gotten broadband and was able to use the Get In feature to get into a chat with no problem before when I had dial up. Now that I have broadband it tells me that I am not signed on and asks me if I want to sign on. Then it tells me that I need to store my password for that screen name. All that while I am already signed on. I'd like to know how I can fix that as fast as possible. Please send me an email to MystiqueUrH@aol.com. Thank you  |

Your change in connection should not have caused any problems with PowerTools.
Could you please post the BPS System Information Report, this will give us insight on what is going on:
Please follow these directions to post the BPS System Information Report:
Click on START, point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info.
Once the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
In your reply message board post, simply right-click and select "Paste"
