Will there ever be a function to stop getting kicked off for scrolling macros too fast? That would be a question for AOL. They are the ones that boot you off for scrolling. PT doesn't. I don't think that will change but you never know..only time will tell or you can always go to Keyword: Tell us and let them know what you would like changed and see if they will do anything about it. :-) Its always worth a try. No, we would get kicked off also, just as you would. Are your macro's very long? And also, click on your PT icon on the upper left hand corner of your tool bar, click on Customize PT, then PowerChat Pref, then click on the Macro Delay tab and please tell me what you have in all the number boxes, such as bursts, lines etc. and we will see if we can even make your macro's possibly smaller and go to the chat a little slower so you don't get booted off. :-/I have had to reformat my computer and I have lost my powertools program. Is there anyway I can get back the version that I was using before? If you were using PowerTools 12 or 11, you can re-download it from our web site at www.bpssoft.com. If you were using PowerTools 10, please send me an email at BPSCoCTec@aol.com and I will email you the necessary information.

My pc crashed and I'm having to reinstall Powertools. I'm not sure what version I had or what my regsistration # was ....what do I have to do to reinstall ? The version of PowerTools you need to install depends on the version of AOL you are using. If you're using AOL 9.0, then you need to install PowerTools 12. You can download it from our web site at www.bpssoft.comAs for your registration number, please see the detailed information we have available in our "Tips" section by clicking here. This will give you the necessary information on how to find your registration number, or how to request it if you can't find it.
