???Dear Carole, I've been having some problems with the Monitor tools lately since I've been recently Monitoring a new room for fellow disabled members. We vacated a room that was abusing us and when we did they started abusing us in our new room. I found power tools very useful and my followers were thrilled. They all want it but want to be certain that they can use it. I told them that bystanders could bolt too but can't find written info on this...can you tell me where I can find it? Thank you if you can tell me I can sell probably 30 more power tools to my followers...I already have 7 sold...LOL Thanks.

I would like to give a gift of powertools to a friend. I tried to do it by putting it on my own Debit card yet it wouldn't let me do it because i had already paid for my own powertools on my debit card. Powertools said they were going to send me on my email address instructions how to give it to a friend one other way but tha was this morning and I am loosing patience with it all. I tried to pay for it using two different debit cards. One my son offered me to use his that wasn't used to by powertools before, yet they still wouldn't allow it. Now what do I do?

Since IPG Sales handles all registrations for our products, I unfortunately have no means to check into this personally. Did you try to contact IPG Sales by emailing them at IPGSupport@aol.com, including all information pertinent to your transaction attempts?

If they haven't replied within another 24 hours, please send them another email with all your information (or a copy of the same email you already sent them,) and also CC this email to me for reference (my email address is BPSCoCTec@aol.com). I'll see what I can do
